Common questions

Everything you want to know before working with Adzen.

We believe in complete transparency before, during, and after you become a client. If your question is not answered here, call us or message us on WhatsApp, and we will answer honestly.

Free Audit

There is no catch. The audit costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. We offer it because we believe that showing our expertise is the best way to earn new clients. If the audit is useful and you want to work with us, we will explain our plans. If not, you are free to go with the audit findings in hand.

After you submit the form, we typically complete the review within one to two business days. We then share the findings with you over WhatsApp or in a short call, whichever you prefer.

No. We can audit shops that have never run a single ad and give you a full picture of what is missing and what your starting point should be. We can also audit active ad accounts and give you a detailed breakdown of current performance.

No. We do not believe in pressure selling. We will share what we found, answer your questions, and explain what working with Adzen would look like. The decision is entirely yours. Many people request an audit, take the findings, and implement them on their own. That is completely fine with us.

Absolutely. Some of our most impactful audits have been for small shops that had never run ads and did not know where to start. The audit gives you a clear roadmap regardless of your current size or budget.

Yes. We work with ethnic wear sellers all across Bangladesh. The audit process is entirely online, including a Facebook page review, WhatsApp communication, and a brief call if needed. Location is no barrier

Most agencies offering free audits are general agencies; they work with every industry and use the same checklist for every business. Our audit is built entirely around women’s ethnic wear on Facebook. We know this category deeply, which means the findings are specific, actionable, and relevant to your exact type of business, not a generic report that could apply to any shop.

About us

Adzen is a performance marketing agency based in Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka. We manage Facebook and Instagram advertising, social media content, WhatsApp marketing, and creative production, but exclusively for women’s ethnic wear sellers in Bangladesh. We do not work with other industries. Every service we offer is built specifically around how kurti, salwar kameez, lawn suit, and ethnic fashion shops sell on social media in Bangladesh.

Because specialisation produces better results than generalisation. A general agency splits its attention across restaurants, gadgets, real estate, and clothing all at once. We have chosen to go deep into one category — women’s ethnic fashion — so that every strategy, every piece of ad copy, and every campaign we build comes from years of focused experience in this exact niche. Our clients get a team that already knows their product, their buyer, and their market before the first meeting.

We are based in Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are a local agency, you can call us, message us on WhatsApp, or visit us in person by appointment. We understand the local market, the local buyer, and the local culture because we live and work here.

We are a new agency with a focused founding team that brings prior experience in digital marketing and women’s fashion e-commerce in Bangladesh. We launched Adzen specifically to fill a gap we saw in the market, no agency was treating ethnic wear sellers as a distinct category deserving specialist attention.

Yes. We work with ethnic wear sellers across all of Bangladesh, Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, and everywhere in between. Our work is done digitally, so location is never a barrier. Communication happens over WhatsApp, phone, and video call.

Our services

Our core services are Facebook and Instagram advertising, new collection launch campaigns, Eid and festival mega campaigns, Facebook page and shop management, WhatsApp broadcast marketing, retargeting and lookalike audience setup, and Bangla ad creative production. For clients on our Scale plan, we also offer Reel and video ad production and TikTok advertising. Every service is tailored specifically to women’s ethnic wear shops.

It depends on the plan you choose. Our Starter plan covers ads management only. Our Growth and Scale plans include full Facebook page management — daily posting, new arrival content, comment and message responses, and Facebook Shop optimisation. We can also offer page management as a standalone add-on if needed.

We handle everything. Our team creates the ad graphics, writes the Bangla and English copy, edits product photos, and produces all visual content needed for your campaigns. You provide the product photos or videos — we take it from there. If you cannot provide good product photos, we can advise you on how to improve them with basic equipment.

Yes, but only for clients on our Scale plan or as a premium add-on. TikTok advertising in Bangladesh works well for specific categories — particularly fashion, beauty, and lifestyle products — but it requires video content. We only recommend TikTok ads when a client already has or can produce regular video content of their products. We will tell you honestly if we think TikTok is right for your shop.

Not as a primary service. The overwhelming majority of ethnic wear sales in Bangladesh happen through Facebook, not Google. We focus our expertise where your buyers actually are. If a client specifically needs Google Ads support, we can discuss it, but it is not part of our standard plans.

Yes. Setting up your Facebook Shop, product catalog, and Meta Pixel is part of our onboarding process for all plans. This is included at no extra charge and is completed within the first 24 hours of starting with us.

We manage comments on posts and ads as part of our page management service on Growth and Scale plans. For direct order messages and inbox management, we can set up quick-reply templates and guidelines for your team to follow. Full inbox management as a dedicated service is available on the Scale plan.

Yes. Most of our campaigns run across both platforms simultaneously through Meta Ads Manager. Instagram is particularly effective for ethnic wear due to its visual nature, and we optimise ad placement across both depending on where your specific audience is most active.
