How billing works
Two simple payments. Nothing else.
Payment 1: One-time setup fee
৳5,000 Paid once when you first start. This covers your complete technical onboarding: Pixel installation, Server-side Tracking, Facebook Shop setup, product catalog creation, audience research, and campaign architecture. You pay this once and never again.
Payment 2: Monthly management fee
Your chosen plan fee is paid at the start of each month. This covers everything we do for you: strategy, campaign management, creative production, reporting, and ongoing optimisation.
Your ad spend: paid directly by you to Meta
This is completely separate from our fee. Your advertising budget goes directly from your account to Facebook and Instagram. We never touch it, never mark it up, and never add a percentage on top. You see every taka spent in real time from your own account.
A word on pricing transparency
Why we do not charge a percentage of your ad spend.
Many agencies in Bangladesh charge clients per dollar spent on ads, often at a marked-up exchange rate. On the surface this seems fair. In practice it means two things: the agency earns more when you spend more, which creates a conflict of interest, and you never truly know how much of your money went to ads versus how much went to the agency.
We chose a fixed fee model for one reason — it puts your interests and ours completely in alignment. We earn the same fee whether you spend ৳20,000 or ৳1,00,000 on ads. Our only incentive is to make your campaigns perform so well that you keep working with us month after month.
That is the only business model we are willing to operate.
